Extended School Surveys

Do you wish to consult stakeholders to determine the most appropriate and integrated Extended Services provision for your school, cluster or LA?

Surveys will be completely bespoke to reflect local priorities, but here are some ideas about what information you could collect:

Ask parents:

  • If they need childcare and when
  • What their existing childcare arrangements are
  • How much they'd be prepared to pay
  • What activities they'd like their child to participate in after school or during holidays
  • What adults classes might interest them
  • Whether they need other support and how they'd prefer to access it

Ask pupils:

  • What activities they participate in outside school and what they'd like
  • What activities they participate in during the holidays and what they'd like
  • How much they'd be prepared to pay
  • Whether they need other support and how they'd prefer to access it
